The location was good , about 500 meters from old town and Zeil street. Its located by river of Main with great river view. Reception is automatic self check in, but the staff personels were kind and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous. There were free Sauna and fittness center in the hotel. Room service was good. The shower is in the middle of the room and has glass walls. so that the inside of the bathroom can be seen completely! If two friends come to this hotel, they cannot use the bathroom easily. Wash basin is located inside the room. There is not toothpaste and tooth brush. But there is tea maker, coffee and tea in the room. I advise this hotel because of its location, cleanness, breakfast, kind staff and its good price.

Not good for business ! Over advertised and heavily promoted on booking platforms with false promises. Went over to Frankfurt for business to the Messe. Tricky to get to by public transport, taxi only real quick and expensive way to travel to airport & Messe. Self Check in is a painstaking experience. Rooms have shower in the middle of the bedroom ( no curtains) very expensive and poor attention for breakfast buffet ! Loud roadworks woke us all up at 7.30 am each morning they look like they will be there for a long time yet!

This is a great hotel that is only 800 meters from old town. The service is first class. Breakfast was plentiful and satisfying. Beds were comfortable. The hotel is across the street from the hospital but we did. It hear any noise the 4 nights that we were there. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again if I was in town.

Es very close to downtown , the rooms are big enough , the bed and pillows are great . There no a single noise can be heard form inside the rooms , so you will have a great rest . The breakfast is good , the coffee is delicious . There is a parking next door and you can get directly to the restaurant from there . Special congratulations and regards to Ingrid , who received us for check in and check out , friendly , nice and very kind lady .
